Nicole Keane is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals in ways that honor their unique strengths and needs. With a deep commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practices, Nicole strives to create environments where every individual is valued, heard, and empowered to reach their full potential.
Nicole focuses on providing evidence-based interventions that respect the autonomy, regulation, and self-determination of clients. She believes in fostering collaboration with families, caregivers, and multi-disciplinary teams to build effective support plans that are aligned with each person’s values and preferences.
With 15 years of experience across a wide range of settings, including clinics, community settings, and client homes, Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge in designing personalized programs that prioritize functional outcomes and emotional well-being. She is dedicated to continuing her education and staying current with the latest research on neurodiversity and behavior analysis, ensuring her approach remains both compassionate and scientifically rigorous.
When she’s not working, Nicole enjoys spending time with her two boys and practicing building her own fluency on the acoustic guitar.
