Karina graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor’s of Science from Santa Clara University, with concentrations in the fields of Anthropology, Sociology and Public Health. Her career interests lie at the intersection of education and health services, and she is especially passionate about working with kids.

Karina's early career experience has included international non-profit work, qualitative and quantitative social science research and working in early childhood Montessori education. Karina is an aspiring speech language pathologist and plans to pursue her Masters in the field after gaining experience working alongside The Learning Gallery Staff. 

Outside of work, Karina has a passion for the outdoors, enjoying backpacking, biking and hiking in her free time. Additionally, since moving to Boston last year, Karina has loved travelling and exploring the New England area with friends.
