Haley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, along with a minor in Education. She has always had a strong passion for working with children and supporting families, and she finds great joy in creating positive, meaningful experiences for the children and families she works with. Since graduating in May 2022, Haley has worked in healthcare administration, where she has had the opportunity to work with children of all ages and abilities and gain valuable experience supporting families along the way.

Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time outdoors, especially gardening and skiing. She also loves making memories with her family and friends and, of course, spending plenty of time with her pets.
