Alissa graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from Providence College in 2019. She is a certified teacher and holds her licenses in Elementary Education (grades 1–6), Mild/Moderate Disabilities, and Primary Education (K–2).

Her professional journey includes roles as a Camp Coordinator, Kindergarten aide, fourth-grade teacher, and behavior therapist. All of these positions have deepened her passion for working with children, and helped to shape her creative and individualized approach to teaching. Alissa is wholeheartedly committed to empowering every child she works with to thrive and succeed.

Currently, Alissa is pursuing a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Simmons University to further refine her skills and expertise.

Outside of her professional life, Alissa enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking trips to the Cape with her husband, and cooking or baking!
